Job Description
The Respite Direct Support Professional provides temporary care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting their primary caregivers with time away from caregiving. Requirements
- Monitor participants personal hygiene, dressing/grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Implement Individualized Service Plans as directed.
- Monitor and document behaviors, incidents, and progress using agency protocols.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all staff members.
- Provide mentoring and teaching services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
