Job Description
The Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional provides direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home or community. This role focuses on promoting independence, community inclusion, and personal development through assistance with daily living, money management, travel training, and community participation. The position is supported by the OPWDD Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver program and adheres to strict confidentiality standards.
