The successful candidate will have experience in estate and trust litigation and will be responsible for advising clients on high-stakes disputes. Requirements

• membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• 7+ years of experience practicing in estates and trusts, with significant experience in estate and trust litigation
• strong technical knowledge of estates, trusts, and estate litigation principles, procedures, and remedies in British Columbia
