Legal Assistant - Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Real Estate practice group at Clark Wilson LLP. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and drafting various correspondence and documents, assisting with commercial real estate transactions, and maintaining efficient file management and billing. You will work in a collaborative environment with a team of experienced lawyers and support staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, experience in Commercial Real Estate is preferred
• Mandarin language skills are an asset
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, MYLTSA, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and BC Online
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
