Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager will lead a broad spectrum of projects to identify, address, improve, and sustain operational effectiveness and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. This role will develop a culture of creativity and accountability in project teams, solve problems in new ways, and maintain an agile and adaptive working style.

Requirements

• Analyze internal MFG data and trends to inform decision making and action plans
• Develop a culture of creativity and accountability in project teams
• Utilize agile teams with cross-functional resources to address opportunity areas
• Implement enhancements to capital equipment to further the Company's position as a leader in prefabricated building products
• Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, learning, and development opportunities
