Job Description
Lead all plant EHS programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations. Partner with plant and corporate leadership to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and EPA regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
