Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to work effectively during overnight hours and manage third-shift operations as needed
• High-volume production experience in automotive, battery, or similar manufacturing industries (preferred)
• Experience working in a union environment and managing collective bargaining agreements (preferred)
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience (preferred)
