Maintenance Supervisor 1st. Shift

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage our 1st shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying manufacturing equipment and facility equipment to achieve the site's business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• 1+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience reading drawings and schematics
• Creativity and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members
• Experience with Maximo CMMS and Kronos timekeeping is a plus
