Maintenance & Reliability Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our team in Geneva, Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving facilities, managing and facilitating the maintenance team, and tracking and evaluating department KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
• PLC, HMI, and E&I experience preferred
• Experience with OSHA 14000, 18000 and TS audit standards
• Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma
