Maintenance Supervisor

We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead a team of maintenance technicians at our plant facility. This role is on-site and responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, technician performance, and safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (minimum 5 years)
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Proven experience managing KPIs and applying problem-solving methodologies
