Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field, preferably with clinical trial experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical trial technology or related industry
• Proven expertise in clinical trial conduct and drug development lifecycle
• Strong proficiency in scientific consulting, clinical data surveillance, and training delivery
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across disciplines and present in sales environments
• Effective team leader and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
