Requirements
- Maintain project-specific tracking tools and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage documentation of clinical training and clinician assignment activities
- Coordinate Clinical Science activities, resources, meetings, and information to support client and company deliverables
- Schedule and communicate internal and external training sessions
- Act as point of contact for clinical deliverable status and ensure effective communication across teams
- Recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams to define requirements and objectives
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
