Job Description
CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customs Brokerage Manager to lead teams and drive growth within a customs brokerage office. The role involves ownership of P&L, team leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency improvements. Candidates should be passionate about leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active Customs Broker license
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Customs Brokerage office
- Deep expertise in PGA processes (FDA, APHIS, F&W, EPA, DOT)
- Solid knowledge of all regulatory aspects of importing and proficiency in MS Office.
