Job Description
CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. This hybrid role involves leading a team, managing P&L, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of import regulations.
Requirements
- An Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a Customs Brokerage environment
- Demonstrated expertise in PGA processes (FDA, APHIS, Fish & Wildlife, EPA, DOT)
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. import regulations, compliance requirements, and experience with post-summary corrections, protests, and penalty mitigation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
