Job Description
CEC is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager/Principal to manage land development projects for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. The role involves managing teams, quality control, client interactions, budgeting, and mentoring junior engineers. The position will cover all stages of the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to construction and regulatory review.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Ability to provide technical review
- Ability to prepare proposals
- Ability to interface with clients
- Ability to network and develop business
