Manager - Financial & Operational Assurance

We are looking for a confident leader with a passion for driving process improvement to lead the oversight of ATOL Accredited Bodies, franchises, collateral instrument arrangements, and business support and operational reporting function. As Manager- Operational and Financial Assurance, you will lead Financial Security Oversight, Manage APC Governance & Reporting, Drive Assurance & Audit Delivery, Shape Assurance Instruments & Policy Decisions, Develop Insight & Regulatory Intelligence, Strengthen Industry & Professional Relationships, Enhance Business Operations & Performance, and Lead, Support & Develop People.

Requirements

• Strong operational, technical and analytical capability

• Deep understanding of financial security instruments
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Proven leadership experience

• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly resilient
• Advanced MS Office capability
• Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework surrounding ATOL, ATT Regulations and consumer protection legislation
• Experience in leading audits, inspections or assurance programmes
