The Compliance & Enforcement Adviser role involves identifying and investigating risks to consumers and supporting actions that improve compliance across the travel industry. The role requires analyzing information, participating in inspections and audits, and providing advice on ATOL and consumer protection requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, investigations, audit or another regulatory environment (or transferable experience from similar disciplines)
- Good understanding of regulatory or legal frameworks - ideally in consumer protection (knowledge of ATOL would be helpful but is not essential as training can be provided)
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues simply and influence thinking and decision making at all levels of an organisation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when assessing evidence or reviewing information
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive or challenging situations
- Good relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and respectful approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
