We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and people-focused Revenue Enablement Trainer to deliver high-impact learning experiences across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training across onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, tools, and demos
- Facilitate workshops, roleplays, and scenario-based coaching to reinforce sales process, messaging, and real-world application
- Help build and maintain training materials, LMS content, and structured learning paths
- Train reps on AI-powered tools and the sales tech stack, providing coaching informed by performance insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure training aligns with current playbooks and product updates
- Track participation, collect feedback, and surface skill gaps to guide ongoing enablement strategy
