Job Description
The Corporate Sales Trainer will provide training programs to inside sales representatives to meet and exceed their targets in sales assignments. This includes creating and implementing training programs, providing sales and conversation skills, and developing and expanding sales expertise.
Requirements
- College-level degree or related work experience in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources Development, Communications, Personnel Relations, Business Administration, Education, Marketing
- Proven sales training experience in a call center and sales environment
- Individual sales experience, meeting and exceeding individual quota in full cycle technology sales
- Certification in three or more sales methodologies
