Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Night Compliance Manager to support their growing client portfolio. This role involves ensuring quality control, collaborating with Independent Contractors and In-House labor, and managing client issues effectively. The position requires independent work and teamwork skills and a strong understanding of facility operations.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.
- Review and ensure quality assurance of service agreements.
- Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager for urgent issues.
- Manage inspections, complaints, and new client starts.
- Execute City Wide policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with policies and equipment.
