Job Description
City Wide is seeking a Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to assist with managing contract compliance for independent contractors. The role involves reviewing work expectations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring quality assurance. Shift is 2nd shift with varied hours between 4pm-12am, and the position requires occasional travel.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors.
- Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance.
- Execute City Wide’s operational policies and procedures.
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, and VIP treatments.
- Manage New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and equipment.
