Job Description
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with our Independent Contractors while carrying out key functions to propel our business forward. You will evaluate scopes of work, uphold operational policies, and ensure compliance with client standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Three years of management experience
- Experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is a plus
- Coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations
- Planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement
