Job Description
The Visitor Service Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, greeting and engaging with members, and maintaining a safe and clean area. They will also process payments, register participants, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service
- Neat in appearance and in good physical condition
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively and tactfully deal with the public
- Possess basic computer skills
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - C certificate is considered an asset
- An acceptable Criminal Record check must be provided prior to employment
Benefits
- Student Wage Band: $18.05 per hour (Subject to CUPE 1015 Agreement)
