Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment like Zambonis and safety procedures
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of recreation management software (RecTrac) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills for managing and maintaining schedules
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
