Job Description
The Guest Services Representative at the Ice Haus Recreation Division in Greeley, CO, is responsible for providing quality customer service to patrons, assisting with facility operations, processing registrations, scheduling events, and working with customer groups. This role involves providing information about recreational facilities and services.
Requirements
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Minimum age of 16
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of Colorado municipal business and organizational structure
