Job Description
The Quality Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with complex problems independently and requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on analysis of factual information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consumer banking, customer service, or data management or control function
- Minimum 10+ Years of Experience
- Experience in Retail Banking Operation with Hands on experience in products like debit/credit cards, lending products, loans, payments and transactions
- Experience in Compliance, Vendor Audit, Risk and Control, Quality Control, Process Audit
