Job Description
The Quality Analyst 2 is a developing professional role that involves monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. The role requires a good understanding of how the team interacts with others and develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience
- Experience in Retail Banking Operation with Hands on experience in products like debit/credit cards, lending products, loans, payments and transactions
- Experience in Compliance, Vendor Audit, Risk and Control, Quality Control, Process Audit
- Previous experience as a Customer Solutions Officer is preferred
- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attentive to detail and possesses high analytical skills
- Working knowledge of specialized products, processes, systems & services
