Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating our day-to-day shipments, supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility, and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch or logistics
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree preferred
• Call center experience is a bonus
