Job Description
Customer Service Representative job opportunity with high school diploma or GED required, minimum 2 years of customer service experience, and strong data entry skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable handling approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily
- Mechanical or trailer knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Data Pro, Bazaarvoice, and Sugar CRM is a plus
