Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company seeking a Sales Manager - Financial Services to lead and scale commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into banking, asset management, fintech, or financial services
- Prior experience managing or leading salespeople, formally or informally, in a quota-carrying environment
- Strong track record of closing complex deals and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of the full sales funnel, from outbound origination through to close
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve conversion rates
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially sharp, structured, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution
- A proactive, builder mindset — motivated by creating scalable sales processes, not just running existing ones
