Job Description
Residential Youth Care Specialist - Mirror Ministries seeks a Residential Youth Care Specialist to provide comprehensive residential services to residents at Esther's Home, a trauma-informed, safe, and clean home. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, be a strong advocate for their well-being, and be committed to the mission of Mirror Ministries.
Requirements
- Build trust and rapport with residents
- Work collaboratively with site staff, partners, and volunteers
- Provide on-site resident supervision and crisis intervention
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation
- Dispense medication and complete related documentation
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the home and facilities
- Support residents in learning and performing house chores
- Provide transportation for outings and client appointments
