Job Description
The Residential Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, provide support services to residents, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the health, well-being, and personal growth of the residents and their infants. This role requires a commitment to empowering mothers and is a live-on-site position with a fair market value of $3,500/month in room and board.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of providing services to at-risk and culturally diverse populations
- Education in social work, counseling, or related social-services field
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet, and eCalendar App navigation
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing required
