Job Description
Christian Care Ministry is seeking a Clinical Reviewer II to assess and evaluate medical records, ensuring adherence to programs and evidence-based clinical criteria. This role involves accuracy, independent work, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The mission is to connect individuals to a Christ-centered community wellness experience.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Medi-Share program guidelines and processes
- Strong organizational, prioritization, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, CSI/Eldorado use and documentation
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent research skills
- Accurate data collection, documentation, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively with a team
