Medical Review Nurse

The Medical Review Nurse (Senior Clinical Reviewer) role involves summarizing and correlating medical information to determine eligibility of medical bills according to program guidelines. The position requires 5+ years of experience in a healthcare payer industry and a current unrestricted LPN/LVN license or RN license with sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and disease processes.

Requirements

• Current Unrestricted LPN/LVN license with 5+ years' experience in a healthcare payer industry OR RN license with sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and disease processes
• 1-3 years' experience in medical reviews required
• 2-3 years of clinical experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Utilization Review or Case Management preferred
