ChowNow is a leading player in off-premise restaurant technology. As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the full customer journey from activation to renewal to expansion, building lifecycle programs that increase pipeline conversion, activation, retention, and lifetime value across both restaurant (B2B) and diner (B2C) audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2C lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing
- 4+ years of direct management experience
- Proven record improving pipeline conversion, activation, and retention in SaaS or marketplace environments
- Strong understanding of high-velocity SMB or mid-market SaaS funnels ($10K–$50K ACV)
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Marketo, Braze, or HubSpot)
- Analytical mindset, thinking in dashboards, test plans, and funnel math
