Business Loan Servicing Specialist

The Business Loan Servicing Specialist supports the commercial lending function in compiling loan documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring all conditions have been met prior to loan closings. The role is responsible for loan origination and closing, loan administration, customer service, and other general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2-year Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in commercial loan operations.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures necessary to perform the functions of the job.
• Assists with departmental projects.
• Performs assigned duties within the department.
• Understands and utilizes Loan Operating Systems.
