Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the safe, on-time, and within-budget construction of a project. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating activities, managing budgets, maintaining records, and reporting to a senior project manager or executive. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the project closeout.
Requirements
- Participate in preconstruction activities
- Review drawings and prepare RFIs
- Develop preliminary schedules and budget
- Oversee value engineering and real-time cost tracking
- Schedule the purchase and delivery of project materials
- Manage project scope changes and ensure schedule/budget adherence
- Prepare monthly owner billings and subcontractor reports
