The Project Manager develops, coordinates, and manages all activities for a construction project, ensuring safe completion, on-time, and within budget. They lead teams, maintain project records, supervise closeout, and manage project budgets, acting as a point of contact between the site, the superintendent, and stakeholders. This role focuses on execution and closeout of the project.
