Strategic Account Manager

Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for Charter Aarrowcast and Charter Dura-Bar products. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the casting industry, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in metals industry sales, marketing, or engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in metals industry (sales, marketing, or engineering)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in new business development through engineered solutions
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently under pressure, and learn quickly
• Basic Microsoft Products proficiency
