Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Pratham USA

Pratham USA is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow, manage, and steward a portfolio of individual donors and prospects with the capacity to contribute $25,000 or more annually. The role requires strategic, relationship-driven fundraising experience, with a proven track record in securing and managing major gifts and/or corporate partnerships.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or client relationship management
• Proven track record in securing and managing major gifts and/or corporate partnerships
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience developing proposals, interpreting budgets, and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for education and commitment to Pratham's mission
