We are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join our team as Senior Corporate Counsel. The successful candidate will have a broad range of commercial experience, with a focus on drafting and negotiating IT-related contracts and other commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of 6+ years of related legal experience at a prominent law firm and/or corporation
• Strong foundation in commercial law and negotiating and drafting contracts law matters
• Superior legal and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
