Senior Counsel, Commercial

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Counsel, Commercial to join our legal team. You will serve as a primary legal contact for the revenue organization, and you will play a critical role handling a wide variety of commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Serve as lead commercial counsel advising on a range of transactions
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Stability's products and development processes
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the revenue team
• Work with the legal ops team to build out and perfect our contract management and workflow ticketing system
• Ensure that our agreements comply with applicable global privacy and data security laws
• Track and provide guidance on global laws pertaining to AI products and services
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, legal precedents, and emerging technologies
