- Utilize a collaborative process with team members and community partners
- Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all services
- Honor and maintain strict confidentiality
- Demonstrate knowledge of Kearney Center and community resources
- Demonstrate understanding of the needs of people experiencing homelessness
- Possess knowledge of programs and policies that impact people experiencing homelessness
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Assess clients requesting emergency shelter services
- Determine eligibility for services
- Coordinate diversion services when applicable
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
- Track eligible client information
- Track, log, summarize and report activities daily
- Perform other assigned activities to build the capacities of guests and staff
