Master's degree in social work preferred, 2+ years experience in related field, and proficient in MS Office, Excel & communication skills
Intake and Diversion Specialist
Bachelors degree in social work or related human services and experience with case management and homelessness services preferred
Outreach Manager
2+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human relations, or related field
In Reach Case Manager
BSW or related field, experience with case management, homelessness services
Direct Care Specialist (Part-Time)
At least 1 year experience, high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills
