We are looking for a highly skilled Senior/Principal ASR Engineer specializing in Japanese to drive the development and enhancement of ASR system.
Requirements
- Collect, prepare, and transcribe data for training ASR models.
- Design and collect evaluation data, perform rigorous testing, and conduct comparative analysis with competitor systems.
- Analyze ASR errors and refine system performance using Japanese language expertise.
- Support end-to-end testing, assess customer requirements, and develop tailored ASR solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with multicultural teams across various roles and locations.
