Job Description
We are hiring a Machine Operator for our 3rd shift at our state-of-the-art food production plant in Whitehall, Ohio. As one of the first employees, you will have the opportunity to grow with our company and be part of an extraordinary team.
Requirements
- Inspect food production equipment prior to start mixing
- Ensure consistency on all doughs by adjusting processing equipment
- Document lot numbers, raw dough temperatures, and fat percentages
- Perform on line bake offs and verify results against quality standards
- Follow standard food production operating procedures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery or equipment operation
- Calibrate processing and packaging systems
- Maintain clean and organized work area(s)
- Perform change overs and end of run cleans
- Familiar with using an SAP based bar code scanner and system
- Log downtime and other maintenance issues into CMMS system
- Sanitize machines between runs
