Job Description
Cerelia USA is expanding its state-of-the-art food production plant in Whitehall, Ohio and is hiring for a 2nd shift. The facility focuses on retail product portfolio, specializing in rolled doughs (pizza, pie, pastry) and cookie dough. Requirements
- Inspect food production equipment
- Adjust processing equipment for quality standards
- Differentiate between dough lot numbers and temperatures
- Verify results against quality standards
- Perform on line bake offs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Calibrate processing systems
- Maintain clean work area
- Perform changeovers
- Follow production procedures
