As a Technical Consultant, you will have gained valuable experience implementing C8 across multiple clients and will support the Technical/Functional team to achieve success in their respective projects. You will strive to keep a high standard of delivery from a technical perspective and support the Project and Leadership team to work towards a common goal.
Requirements
- Ensure a utilization target of 80% is kept.
- Lead Customer sessions for Migration and Integration
- Explain Architectural concepts based on C8 deployment options
- Understand and explain C8 best practices that will lead to a successful deployment.
- Work with the Functional stream to get the best solution based on customer requirements.
- Document implementation details for future use, either for support or the client themselves.
- Prioritization of Tasks against plan
- Conflict Management
- Escalation Management
- Understanding of customer SOW
- Provide estimation based on functional requirements
- Create and follow up on Technical Tasks to provide the required solution based on overall Project plan.
- Time Management & Tracking
- Budget Management for Technical tasks (example: data migration and integration) raising deviation when visible.
- Proactive progress tracking on assignments and timely feedback to Project Management
- Train customers on C8 technical solution according to the Centric training offerings throughout the different phases of the project
- Installation of C8 components
- Building of Migration code using Native Importer.
- Configuration of attributes based on Functional requirements.
- Advanced configuration based on Best practices.
- Data export setup
- Running upgrades for customer
- Execute Centric implementation methodologies
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Translate functional requirements into performant Technical solutions
- Communication (internal / external)
- Create and recommend Technical options
- Explain complex Technical solution and concept in a simple understandable manner
- Feedback loop to project team
- Willing to share knowledge on different levels of the Centric organization
- Prepare and lead Trainings for both internal resources as well as customers based on demand
