Job Description
The Kids Pastor will lead kids in their next steps on their journey with Jesus. They will work to reach and engage families in the community and will work to recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leaders.
Requirements
- Participate as a Kids Team Member
- Develop relationships with families (parents & kids)
- Manage communication between Kids Team and Campus Pastor
- Lead, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, both adults and students, to serve within the ministry
