Job Description
Seeking a strong and organized person with pastoral and leadership skills to lead the kids ministry at 12Stone Church, creating a world-class experience for kids, parents, and volunteers.
Requirements
- Provide spiritual oversight to the kids ministry
- Ensure the Bible is being taught clearly and according to each developmental stage
- Facilitate leadership development and care for leaders and volunteers
- Communicate vision consistently and lead by example
- Ensure all environments and volunteers are safe and secure
- Coordinate comprehensive ministry plans and objectives
- Champion recruitment of new volunteers
- Work with Campus Services to ensure vision and plan are carried out
- Budgets are well planned and managed
- Coordinate and plan special events
- Initiate and lead projects for continuous improvements
- Develop positive relationships with parents and children
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the campus-wide K12 team
